This year's winner was chief executive of the Tenant Farmers Association, George Dunn, in recognition of his 27 years of tireless campaign work representing and giving a voice to tenant farmers. George may have met countless Prime Ministers and even the King, but he said the pinnacle of his job is the tenant farmers who instil trust in him to represent them and support them.
