They make work not only more enjoyable but stimulating.  Their support and collaboration also helps to create a positive environment where teamwork leads to tackling problems and finding solutions. But by far the worst situation is when the problem of incompetence comes from above. This situation has a name: the working environment becomes a kakistocracy. What does it mean?
