Through a simple social experiment, this talk explores how everyday scrolling can quietly influence attention, emotions, behaviour and the way we experience life. It examines the difference between using technology consciously and allowing an automatic habit to control our time and thoughts. The talk encourages us to become more aware of what we consume online and to transform mindless scrolling into intentional digital engagement. Devangana is a curious learner with a passion for classical dance, public speaking, and debate. She loves exploring new ideas and challenging perspectives, believing that every conversation has the power to transform the way we think. Driven by a passion for trying new things, Devangana takes on a unique social experiment: swapping the scrolling habits of an addictive scroller and a passive scroller. Her talk explores how a single everyday behavior can quietly transform the way we think, feel, and live.
