<p><a href="https://twitter.com/Miles_Brundage">Miles Brundage</a> is an AI Policy Research Fellow with the Strategic AI Research Center at the <a href="https://www.fhi.ox.ac.uk/">Future of Humanity Institute</a>. He is also a PhD candidate in Human and Social Dimensions of Science and Technology at Arizona State University.<br><br>Miles recently co-authored <a href="https://arxiv.org/abs/1802.07228">The Malicious Use of Artificial Intelligence: Forecasting, Prevention, and Mitigation</a>.<br><br><a href="https://twitter.com/timhwang">Tim Hwang</a> is the Director of the <a href="https://techcrunch.com/2017/01/10/omidyar-hoffman-create-27m-research-fund-for-ai-in-the-public-interest/">Harvard-MIT Ethics and Governance of AI Initiative</a>. He is also a Visiting Associate at the <a href="https://www.oii.ox.ac.uk/">Oxford Internet Institute</a> and a Fellow at the <a href="https://pacscenter.stanford.edu/research/project-on-democracy-and-the-internet/">Knight-Stanford Project on Democracy and the Internet</a>.
