A seaplane carrying 11 passengers crashed Thursday off the coast of Washington state, leading to a frantic rescue mission led by nearby boaters and it was all caught on camera. All passengers survived the crash, but the sheriff’s office says multiple people were hospitalized with everything from head injuries to broken bones.
