Pendant 14 ans, Vincent Valinducq est devenu le parent de ses parents. Entre fatigue, culpabilité et amour, il nous raconte, avec justesse et parfois humour, son histoire bouleversante. Un témoignage puissant et utile pour comprendre qu'aider les autres commence par ne pas s'oublier soi-même. Originaire du Havre, Vincent Valinducq, ancien ouvrier docker, est médecin généraliste à Paris depuis plus de 11 ans. Chroniqueur santé dans Bonjour la matinale sur TF1, il vulgarise la médecine au grand public. Auteur de « Je suis devenu le parent de mes parents », il s’engage pour les aidants. En 2026, il devient vice-président de la Fondation Médéric Alzheimer. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
