Rather than focusing on grand acts of kindness, this talk encourages audiences to pay attention to the quiet choices they make every day—how they speak, listen, apologise, and show up for others. It is an invitation to reflect before regret has the chance to teach the lesson, reminding us that the person we choose to be today becomes the memory someone else carries tomorrow.
