We often believe growth begins when life becomes clearer, easier, or more certain. Dianna Fioravanti challenges that idea, arguing that possibility begins in the moment we stop waiting for confidence, permission, or perfect timing and choose to move anyway. Through a deeply personal story of childhood responsibility, hard decisions, and leadership, Dianna explores what it means to “flip the switch” in our own lives. She shows that the stories we believe about ourselves can either keep us small or open the door to who we are becoming. Growth is not something we wait to feel ready for. It is something we decide into. This talk is a call to anyone standing at the edge of a decision, a dream, or a version of themselves they have not fully stepped into yet: possibility does not always arrive as a perfect plan. Sometimes it begins with one brave decision. Dianna Fioravanti is President at Kuehne+Nagel Canada and the first woman to lead the company in Canada. A transformational leader and author of Flip the Switch, she is known for championing people-centered leadership, emotional intelligence, and workplace cultures built on trust, resilience, and authenticity.
