Please do come back or listen to another episode if you feel this will be too much for you right now.</p><p>This episode is part of our World Mental Health Day series.</p><br><p>We speak with mental health advocate <a href="https://www.instagram.com/jadealloyd/?hl=en" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Jade Lloyd</a> who developed postpartum psychosis, a rare but serious mental illness that can start suddenly after giving birth. </p><p>Jade talks openly about what happened to her, how isolating it felt, and why she&#39;s now speaking out so other mums don&#39;t have to go through it alone.
