Over the past two decades, she has worked with world leaders, Fortune 500 executives, elite athletes, and artists, bridging advanced mind management with authentic, impactful leadership. With academic foundations in Economics and ongoing PhD research in Natural Medicine, Shani also works as a speaker, podcast host, and author. Her work focuses on helping leaders align who they are with what they build — amplifying their influence to compound across companies, communities, countries, and beyond.
