MOMENT | Why we all need this powerful mindset shift with Dr. Gordon Neufeld
Sobre este episódio
Welcome back to Moment. Moment is your place for calm and connection and maybe even a shift in perspective before the week ahead. I have a treat for you today. This clip is from my episode with Dr. Gordon Neufeld. He co-authored a parenting book with my all-time favourite Dr. Gabor Mate. He is one of the world’s leading child psychologists and has been for over 40 years. This clip is like a motivational speech. I have listened to it so many times, and sometimes I listen to the bit in this clip when I’m feeling unsure or uncertain about myself. It makes me feel so empowered and confident and I wanted to share that gift with you today. Enjoy. You can listen to the full episode here. FREEBIES!
