And if partners had asked us before becoming parents if we would <em>want to play with our kids</em>, surely it would have been a resounding "OF COURSE!" This deep, PhD leads us to wondering what other things you just can't know about someone before you embark on parenthood with them; like where they fall on the helicopter parent scale and if they're #TeamHover or Hands-Off. We wonder if nurses hate all their friends with kids and we unpack whether swearing is really that much of a big fucking deal? And because it turns out we're terrible salty pirates, guess who's kid is watching The Bachelor?
