What happens when society’s focus on youth causes us to overlook the value of experience? Leadership and culture strategist Dan Pontefract explores the growing issue of ageism in society and the workplace. Through personal experiences and professional insights, Dan challenges the assumption that innovation and success belong only to younger generations, arguing that organizations risk losing valuable knowledge, wisdom, and perspective when they overlook experienced voices.
