For Millie Gooch the hangxiety was huge, so she stopped drinking and founded Sober Girl Society.</p><br><p>In this chat, Fearne and Millie explore how to recognise when the silly, lols-in-the-group-chat stories from nights out have morphed into moments that are risky, dangerous, and not really <em>you.</em></p><br><p>For Millie, she had to be honest with herself about what she was trying to forget or avoid by drinking.
