Slovenia Vlog, Current Favorites & Starting New Habits

Hi, I'm in Slovenia. If you watched my vlogs in April, you might remember this view. We're in my grandma's weekend house close to Kranjska Gora, the northwestern part of Slovenia in the mountains.

And we're here with my grandma, mom, her three dogs, and Eddie. And it's been so nice. It's already been a couple of days, but I just needed a few days to chill.

Yeah, took me a few days to to feel like a normal again. I wanted to stick it out in Berlin over the summer. I've got some really nice projects to work on, but

working from home Oh, there's a deer. can be so nice, the flexibility, but I just haven't had the time to switch off. Being stuck between the same four walls, I don't know. I thought it would be more productive to just escape

for a week. Still do little bits of drawing for the book while I'm here, but yeah, 3 days in, I just don't feel anxious anymore. The nature has has helped so much.

Grandma's been cooking really nice food, so that's always nice. Eddie has had the best time. On the first day, we went to this lake over the Italian border. It's called Rabelsko jezero in Slovenian.

I'm not sure. Is it Lago di Predil in Italian? And Eddie, a city boy as that he is, he doesn't even want to go for a walk when it rains.

My mom's dogs love swimming, and they were having so much fun, and Eddie just joined them. He was so pumped. He swam. Look at Eddie, yeah.

Any now? Wait. Yeah, in Berlin. Eddie and I are on our last walk in Kranjska Gora, taking in this view for one last time.

This has really healed my soul right now. I really needed this so Coming here last weeks in Berlin, I really was feeling shitty. Um I tried to hide it. I've even struggled making these videos because I just wasn't

feeling great. I had this bad routine of going to sleep super late, 2:00 a.m., and then waking up late, and just starting every day like this, feeling groggy, and then being stuck inside, having stuff to do, not really allowing myself

to take time off to enjoy anything. It really wasn't great. So, I'm really glad we I picked up the dog and we came here, and it took me couple of days to let loose of that feeling, but now I'm

just so recharged. I don't know what it is about changing your environment and nature that makes it so much easier to set up new routines and stick to them. I don't know.

I hope I can stick to them back in Berlin, but >> Talking to myself in the woods. Eddie It took me good 3 days to let loose of that feeling and to relax, and now I just feel so much better.

I feel like my face is just more like I don't know, like I editing the last video, my face just felt so drained. I don't know. I hope I look a little bit better now.
