THIS Is #1 SIMPLE Reason Keeping You Broke
25 jul 2026
What business should you actually start right now? Not the obvious AI answer that everyone is giving, but the opportunities that are quietly making fortunes while nobody is paying attention. Alex Hormozi, co-founder of Acquisition.com and author of the Guinness World Record-breaking $100M series, walks through the specific sectors he believes are crushing right now and will continue to crush in the years ahead. Longevity and med spas are at the top of his list because humans are always going to want to look beautiful and stay young. Wealth advisory is another, because so many businesses in that space are making more money than their skill level would justify. Insurance is a third, because risk is never going away and people will always need to fractionalize it. Then he shares the advice that most entrepreneurs never hear: look where nobody wants to look. The businesses that people would not want to talk about at parties are often the ones with the biggest opportunities. Waste management, elderly care, the kinds of work that lack glamour but lack competition for the same reason. He says the discount applied to "uncool" businesses is one of the most reliable signals of opportunity. Discover: • The specific business sectors that are quietly crushing right now • Why the "uncool" businesses nobody wants to talk about at parties have the biggest opportunities • How the bottom 50% of people hold just 2% of all wealth and what that means for who you sell to • Why serving wealthier clients is easier, not harder, than serving budget clients • The one referral incentive change that took a company from $10M to $400M • The Van Wesendorp pricing analysis that tells you exactly what to charge • Why Alex says marrying Leila was the single best financial decision of his life • The reason every business problem is actually a marketing problem 📺 Watch the full episode here - https://youtu.be/HwmwyBgzj8c ❤️ Subscribe to our main channel - www.youtube.com/TheDiaryOfACEO Get your hands on exclusive Diary of a CEO products: https://thediary.com/collections/all?utm_source=youtube&utm_medium=organic&utm_campaign=experiment&utm_term=clipschannel #thediaryofaceo #doac

War Expert WARNS: "You Have No Idea What's Hidden"
24 jul 2026
The world's strategic oil reserves have dropped to their lowest level since 1983. President Trump said at the G7 summit: "We run out of reserves at about four weeks. It would be bedlam." Professor Robert Pape, who has been modelling the Iran war for 20 years and has advised every White House since 9/11, says that trajectory has not changed. The iceberg is still ahead, and there are not enough lifeboats for everybody. He starts by showing why the US cannot simply destroy Iran's drone and missile capability. He holds up an image of a Shahed 136 drone next to a car to show the scale. These drones fit in a single room. They could be anywhere in an area 1.5 times the size of California. The terrain is mountainous, making it a three-dimensional problem, not two-dimensional. He builds a physical model on camera, layering drones into terrain and then covering them with more terrain until they disappear. When Steven suggests it's like trying to find a truck in California, Pape confirms: that is exactly the scale of the problem. Iran was making 55,000 of these drones per year before the war and has likely produced thousands more since April. Even if the US found and destroyed every drone, shipping companies would not send their vessels through the Strait of Hormuz. Each tanker crossing the Strait carries between 700,000 and over a million barrels of oil. A single ship is a floating asset worth $300 million. The Pentagon cannot order private shipping companies to sail through a war zone. The crews would mutiny. Discover: • Why finding Iran's drones is like trying to find a truck in California • How each oil tanker crossing the Strait of Hormuz is a floating asset worth $300 million • Why the US strategic oil reserve has dropped to its lowest level since 1983 • How the Houthis just shut down the Red Sea oil pipeline hours before this recording • Why President Trump said "we run out of reserves at about four weeks, it would be bedlam" • The fork in the road: global economic crisis or letting Iran control Hormuz • Why the midterm elections in three months are driving military decisions • The Titanic metaphor and why "there's not enough lifeboats for everybody" 📺 Watch the full episode here - https://youtu.be/cxJgLJGHsWc ❤️ Subscribe to our main channel - www.youtube.com/TheDiaryOfACEO Get your hands on exclusive Diary of a CEO products: https://thediary.com/collections/all?utm_source=youtube&utm_medium=organic&utm_campaign=experiment&utm_term=clipschannel #thediaryofaceo #doac

The REAL Reason The Worst Of This War Is Ahead
23 jul 2026
A war advisor who has briefed every White House since 9/11 says a mass casualty attack against American troops or American civilians is now the most likely next step in the Iran war. Professor Robert Pape, Director of the Chicago Project on Security and Threats, says the attack could target a US naval ship in the Gulf of Oman, an American commercial airliner, or American businessmen in hotels across the Middle East. He then adds: "The American civilian attack could be anywhere in the world. It could be Indonesia, it could be London, it could be anywhere." He opens the conversation by walking through four quotes from President Lyndon Johnson during the Vietnam War. In each case, Steven reads the quote and explains the parallel to Trump's current situation. In each case, Pape confirms the parallel is exact. LBJ said: "I know we ought not be there, but I can't get out. I just can't be the architect of surrender." Pape responds: "It's so tragic. We're essentially replaying the Vietnam War." Discover: • Why a war advisor says we are "replaying the Vietnam War" decision by decision • The 70% probability of US ground troops in Iran, possibly within days • How US forces are positioned to capture a small Iranian port town • Why the mass casualty attack could target civilians anywhere in the world • The 25 years of research proving ground occupation triggers suicide terrorism • Why American deaths in war harden support for the war rather than ending it • How Iran's closing of the Red Sea oil pipeline changes everything • The Supreme Leader's "unforgettable lessons" statement and what it signals 📺 Watch the full episode here - https://youtu.be/cxJgLJGHsWc ❤️ Subscribe to our main channel - www.youtube.com/TheDiaryOfACEO Get your hands on exclusive Diary of a CEO products: https://thediary.com/collections/all?utm_source=youtube&utm_medium=organic&utm_campaign=experiment&utm_term=clipschannel #thediaryofaceo #doac

The BEST Way To Switch Your Body Into Fat BURN Mode
22 jul 2026
88% of adults have metabolic disease. Most of them don't know it. Dr. Benjamin Bikman, a metabolic scientist and Professor of Cell Biology and Physiology, explains that insulin resistance is the most common health problem in the world and that it begins years or even decades before any symptoms appear. He starts with the basics. Insulin is a hormone released by the pancreas when blood sugar rises. Its job is to tell the body what to do with energy. He uses the analogy of a bouncer knocking on the door of a muscle cell: insulin comes and knocks, the muscle opens the door, and glucose comes in. When the muscle becomes insulin resistant, the bouncer is knocking but the muscle has become deaf. One bouncer is not enough. So the body sends an angry mob of bouncers (more insulin) to force the door open. The sugar eventually gets in, but only because insulin levels are now dramatically higher than they should be. Discover: • Why 88% of adults have metabolic disease and most don't know it • The bouncer analogy that explains insulin resistance in 60 seconds • Why erectile dysfunction may be the earliest sign of insulin resistance in young men • The three fast causes of insulin resistance (stress, inflammation, too much insulin) • Why the size of your fat cells matters more than how much fat you have • The reason women are healthier despite carrying more body fat • How eating six times a day keeps insulin permanently elevated • Why insulin resistance takes years to develop but can begin reversing in hours 📺 Watch the full episode here - https://youtu.be/NyFSkGMWP5Q ❤️ Subscribe to our main channel - www.youtube.com/TheDiaryOfACEO Get your hands on exclusive Diary of a CEO products: https://thediary.com/collections/all?utm_source=youtube&utm_medium=organic&utm_campaign=experiment&utm_term=clipschannel #thediaryofaceo #doac

If You're NOT Using AI, You NEED To See This
21 jul 2026
Every founder is being told to build an AI company. Alex Hormozi says most of them will be gone within months, and the best move is the exact opposite of what the market is saying. Alex, co-founder of Acquisition.com and author of the Guinness World Record-breaking $100M series, starts with a story. A business was paying $11,000 a month for 11 virtual assistants to do data cleaning work. They were doing a good job. The system worked. The company then spent $350,000 to build an AI system to replace them. That's three years of costs on something that was not even the constraint of their business. They still needed more customers. The AI project solved a problem that wasn't limiting their growth. Discover: • Why a company wasted $350,000 automating something that cost $11,000 a month • The reason most AI businesses will be "swallowed up" by the models • Why stakes, not intelligence, is where human value remains in an AI world • How delegating your hardest thinking to AI makes you weaker • The building blocks analogy that reveals why most businesses are built wrong • Why two businesses with identical revenue can be worth completely different amounts • The revenue retention equation that separates $1M businesses from $100M businesses • Why the fastest way to build a $1M business is NOT the fastest way to build $100M 📺 Watch the full episode here - https://youtu.be/HwmwyBgzj8c ❤️ Subscribe to our main channel - www.youtube.com/TheDiaryOfACEO Get your hands on exclusive Diary of a CEO products: https://thediary.com/collections/all?utm_source=youtube&utm_medium=organic&utm_campaign=experiment&utm_term=clipschannel #thediaryofaceo #doac

If You DON'T Eat Breakfast, You NEED To See This
18 jul 2026
The idea that breakfast is the most important meal of the day was invented by a cereal company. Before the Industrial Revolution, people ate whatever was left over from the night before or had a quick heavy meal before going out to do physical farm labor. As people moved into cities and took sedentary office jobs, those heavy greasy breakfasts started causing widespread indigestion. Enter Harvey Kellogg, who ran a famous health sanitarium and believed that a clean, light, grain-based diet would cure the problem. He co-invented cornflakes and pushed the narrative that a healthy cold cereal breakfast was essential for a productive day. It was an advertising campaign, not science. Dr. Martin Picard, Professor of Behavioral Medicine and Director of the Mitochondrial Psychobiology Group at Columbia University, explains why he used to eat a big bowl of cereal every morning and feel terrible afterwards. He now understands why: he was overloading his system with rapidly available sugary energy that his body did not need. The body then has to find a way to handle the excess. Either you store it as fat, or if your body cannot easily store fat, it floods the brain and makes you feel lousy. Discover: • How "breakfast is the most important meal" was a Kellogg's advertising campaign • Why overloading your system with cereal every morning makes you feel terrible • The reason the world record for not eating is over 300 days • How getting sick on New Year's Eve taught a scientist about energy allocation • Why chronic stress causes CEO burnout and complete loss of motivation • The laser vs light bulb analogy that explains why purpose gives you energy • How Steve Jobs' "reality distortion field" was actually an energy phenomenon • Why providing the right amount of resistance is the art of both parenting and leadership 📺 Watch the full episode here - https://youtu.be/6xlmaorRY0w ❤️ Subscribe to our main channel - www.youtube.com/TheDiaryOfACEO Get your hands on exclusive Diary of a CEO products: https://thediary.com/collections/all?utm_source=youtube&utm_medium=organic&utm_campaign=experiment&utm_term=clipschannel #thediaryofaceo #doac

The REAL Reason You Were Lied To About Aliens
17 jul 2026
Neil deGrasse Tyson used to dismiss UFO sightings. He doesn't anymore. The reason is not the footage. It's the whistleblowers. Former intelligence officers and military officials are now testifying under oath in Congress that alien crash parts have been recovered, that alien technology has been reverse-engineered, and that actual non-human beings have been encountered. Neil says: "That whole exercise didn't reach the fever pitch until you had whistleblowers saying they've met aliens under oath in Congress and not the drunkards coming out of the bar at 2am." He reviews the released UFO footage on camera, including the famous Tic Tac video. He finds it interesting but says it's not what changed his mind. Low resolution monochromatic video of something you can't identify is not evidence. What changed his mind is the caliber of people now making claims: career intelligence officers, military pilots, government officials putting their names and reputations on the line. The REAL Reason Nobody Will Have A Job By 2030
16 jul 2026
A former OpenAI researcher says there is a 70% chance that artificial intelligence goes horribly wrong. Not a 7% chance, which is what some AI CEOs say publicly. 70%. Daniel Kokotajlo, who walked away from $2 million at OpenAI rather than stay silent, explains why the people building the most powerful technology in human history have "genuinely convinced themselves that probably things are going to be fine" despite knowing the risks. He describes a dynamic he watched unfold from inside OpenAI. Each company is racing against the others. Sam Altman is thinking he cannot let Dario or Elon get there first. Dario is thinking Sam cannot get there first. Elon is thinking the same about both of them. Each one has convinced themselves that the safest outcome is for THEM to be the one in charge when superintelligence arrives. Daniel calls this rationalization: people believe what they need to believe in order to think they are good people doing the right thing. The REAL Reason Scientists Proved We're In A Simulation
15 jul 2026
There is a one in two chance that you are not real. Neil deGrasse Tyson, America's most famous astrophysicist and Director of the Hayden Planetarium, works through the mathematics with Steven on camera until they arrive at a specific probability. The conclusion is simple and devastating: we are either the very first universe that started everything, or the very last in a chain that cannot yet simulate another. Those are the only two options. Everything in between is a simulation. The argument begins with a premise that Neil confirms is scientifically defensible. If any civilisation eventually develops the computing power to simulate an entire universe with conscious beings who believe they have free will, then that simulated universe will eventually develop the same capability and create another. This chain continues indefinitely. If you close your eyes and throw a dart at all possible universes in that chain, the overwhelming probability is that you hit one of the countless simulated ones rather than the single original. Ex-OpenAI Insider WARNS: "We're Not Ready For This'"
14 jul 2026
A former OpenAI researcher who walked away from $2 million rather than stay silent was asked a simple question: if this button would permanently shut down every data center currently training a frontier AI model, would you press it? He reached for it. Then he stopped. Daniel Kokotajlo, one of the world's leading AI forecasters and author of "AI 2027," explains why he almost pressed the button and why he ultimately didn't. He says civilization is not ready for what these companies are building. It is not ready to have companies automate themselves, get smarter, and then hand control to a superintelligence. But permanently shutting it down would also mean losing the only thing he believes can prevent human civilisation from eventually destroying itself through nuclear war, pandemics, or some other catastrophe within the next century or two. STOP Saving Money! Do THIS Every Time You Get Paid
13 jul 2026
Kevin O'Leary, one of the most recognisable investors on Shark Tank, says the biggest mistake young people make is saving money in a bank account instead of putting it to work. His rule is simple: allocate 15% of every paycheck into two buckets, stocks and bonds, automatically, before you even see the money. He built an app to do exactly this, but says any platform that lets you buy ETFs tracking the S&P 500 will do the same thing. He starts with the $28 lunch. He says he cannot stand watching someone earning $70,000 a year spending $28 on lunch every day. Not because the food is bad, but because of what that money becomes over 50 years if invested at 8 to 10% annual returns in an index fund. He says people who claim they can pick stocks and beat the S&P 500 are "so full of crap" because over the long term, almost nobody does. Astrophysicist WARNS: "You're Not Prepared For This"
11 jul 2026
A single fleck of paint in orbit carries the destructive power of a rifle bullet. At 17,500 miles per hour, even the smallest piece of debris can destroy a satellite, which shatters into ten more pieces, each traveling at the same speed, each capable of destroying another satellite. Neil deGrasse Tyson explains how one collision could trigger a chain reaction that takes out the infrastructure that powers GPS, Uber, military communications, and internet access for billions of people. He starts with what sits in the centre of every galaxy: a supermassive black hole. He walks through the physics of what happens if you fall into one. The difference in gravity between your head and your feet increases as you descend. These tidal forces stretch you until you snap at the base of your spine, then each half snaps again, bifurcating all the way down. Simultaneously, you are being extruded through the narrowing fabric of space "like toothpaste through a tube." But before that, something remarkable happens: a whole new space time opens up inside the black hole. Time dilates, meaning you watch the entire future history of the universe unfold as you fall. Discover: • Why a fleck of paint in orbit carries the destructive power of a rifle bullet • What happens to your body inside a black hole (spaghettification explained) • How a whole new space time opens up beyond the event horizon • Why one satellite collision could trigger a chain reaction destroying thousands • How 100,000 active satellites will be orbiting Earth by 2040 • Why four nations have already demonstrated the ability to destroy satellites • The reason space law is still a "wild west" with no ownership rules 📺 Watch the full episode here - https://youtu.be/PHpsdIHpLUE ❤️ Subscribe to our main channel - www.youtube.com/TheDiaryOfACEO Get your hands on exclusive Diary of a CEO products: https://thediary.com/collections/all?utm_source=youtube&utm_medium=organic&utm_campaign=experiment&utm_term=clipschannel #thediaryofaceo #doac

What if everything you thought you knew about cardio was wrong? Dr Rhonda Patrick, a PhD biomedical scientist and expert in ageing and metabolism, says that a single minute of high-intensity effort produces more physiological benefit than an hour of steady-state cardio. She walks through the exact protocol, what happens inside your body when you push past 85% effort, and why a molecule your muscles produce during intense exercise is being called a miracle drug. The protocol is called the Norwegian 4x4: four minutes of hard cardiovascular exercise (assault bike, rowing machine, stationary cycle, or running) at 80 to 90% of your maximum effort, followed by four minutes of slow recovery. Repeat four times. That's it. But if even that feels like too much, the minimum effective dose is one minute of intense effort followed by one minute of rest, repeated 10 times. The REAL Reason Scientists Know Aliens Are Real
9 jul 2026
95% of what drives the universe is something we cannot see, cannot detect, and cannot explain. Neil deGrasse Tyson, America's most famous astrophysicist and Director of the Hayden Planetarium, says that everything humans know and love about biology, chemistry, physics, food, molecules, solids, liquids, gas, all of it, accounts for just 5% of what is happening in the universe. The other 95% is divided between dark energy (a mysterious pressure making the universe expand faster than gravity should allow) and dark matter (a source of gravity with no known cause). He walks Steven through the Big Bang, explaining that 13.8 billion years ago, everything in the universe began in an infinitesimally small point of pure energy. As it expanded and cooled, that energy became matter (Einstein's E=MC squared). Stars formed, galaxies formed, and the expansion continues today, accelerating for reasons nobody understands. The discovery that the universe is speeding up rather than slowing down won a Nobel Prize in 1998 and remains one of the biggest unsolved problems in science. The REAL Reason Everything About Dementia Is Wrong
7 jul 2026
The mainstream theory of Alzheimer's disease is wrong. That is what Dr. Martin Picard, Professor of Behavioral Medicine at Columbia University, says after examining the evidence. The theory that amyloid plaques and tau tangles in the brain cause Alzheimer's has driven billions of dollars in drug research for decades. You can have people in their 60s, 70s, and 80s with zero protein deposits in the brain and full blown Alzheimer's. And you can have the opposite: people with massive amounts of amyloid plaques and tau tangles and completely normal cognition. Those two extremes, Dr. Picard argues, prove that the protein aggregation hypothesis is not correct. The SIMPLE Way To Reverse Gray Hair (Science Backed)
6 jul 2026
A scientist at Columbia University has proven that gray hair is reversible. Not with dye, not with supplements, not with any product. Dr. Martin Picard, Professor of Behavioral Medicine and Director of the Mitochondrial Psychobiology Group, published the research showing that individual hairs can regain their original colour once the underlying cause is addressed. In one case, a completely white hair regained full colour in just one week. The discovery came from studying individual hairs the way scientists study tree rings. The tip of a long hair was inside your body months or years ago. The root is today. By analyzing the molecular composition along the length of a single hair, Dr. Picard's team could map the biological history of what was happening inside the body at each point in time. They asked people to send in hairs that showed two colours, dark and white, on the same strand. What they found was that some hairs went from dark to white (expected), but others went from white back to dark (completely unexpected). Physical proof that aging, at least in hair, runs in both directions. The REAL Reason Some People NEVER Get Dementia
4 jul 2026
A Stanford neuroscientist says the most dangerous thing you can do is stop challenging yourself. Dr. David Eagleman, director of the Center for Science and Law and bestselling author of Livewired, explains that your brain is not a fixed organ. It is physically changing right now based on what you do, what you learn, and who you interact with. If you challenge it, it grows. If you stop, it shrinks. There is no neutral. He starts with brain plasticity, the discovery that transformed neuroscience. Your brain molds itself to whatever you do, like plastic being shaped and holding its form. If you play piano, the motor cortex in both hemispheres physically expands. If you play violin, only one hemisphere expands (the hand doing the detailed work). A neuroscientist can look at a brain and tell whether the person was a pianist, a violinist, or neither, just from the physical structure. Medical students studying for final exams show measurable cortical changes within weeks. The brain is constantly sculpting itself based on demand. Discover: • Why your brain is physically changing right now based on what you do • The nun study: how women with Alzheimer's showed zero cognitive decline • Why retirement and routine are among the most dangerous things for the brain • How pianists, violinists, and jugglers have visibly different brain structures • Why social interaction is the hardest and most important exercise for your brain • The anterior mid cingulate cortex and why doing hard things makes it bigger • Why AI is making this neuroscientist 3x better at home improvement, not lazier 📺 Watch the full episode here - https://youtu.be/m-nnyNZ0TQ0 ❤️ Subscribe to our main channel - www.youtube.com/TheDiaryOfACEO Get your hands on exclusive Diary of a CEO products: https://thediary.com/collections/all?utm_source=youtube&utm_medium=organic&utm_campaign=experiment&utm_term=clipschannel #thediaryofaceo #doac

If YOU Are 'Saving' Money, You NEED To Stop!
3 jul 2026
If you have $10,000 sitting in a savings account earning 2%, you are losing money every single day. Money expert Ben Felix, Portfolio Manager and Chief Investment Officer at PWL Capital, explains that a simple index fund returning 7% annually would turn that same $10,000 into $150,000 over 40 years. The difference between doing something and doing nothing is $140,000 on just one deposit. Ben approaches finance like an engineer. He spent years reading through academic literature because he was frustrated with the financial services industry, which he says operates more like a car dealership than a profession with your best interests at heart. His conclusion after all that research is surprisingly simple: investing has been solved. Low-cost index funds that capture market returns are the answer for most people. The problem is that human psychology keeps people from doing the simple thing. He walks through the 10 most common financial mistakes. Not earning enough is the first, and he frames it as a human capital problem: investing in your knowledge and skills, particularly rare and complementary ones, has a mechanical relationship with lifetime earnings. Steven shares his own example, where adding biotech industry knowledge to his marketing skills turned a standard salary into an $8 million contract in six months. The same skills, sold on a different market, were worth 160 times more. Discover: • Why $10,000 invested in an index fund becomes $150,000 in 40 years • The 10 financial mistakes that keep most people from building wealth • Why your $10 coffee actually costs you $150 over your lifetime • The PERMA model that tests whether your financial goals lead to a good life • Why academic research says young people may not need to save as much • How rare skill stacking can increase your earnings by 5x or more • Why most financial advisors are not acting in your best interest 📺 Watch the full episode here - https://youtu.be/jLFG_FZKbks ❤️ Subscribe to our main channel - www.youtube.com/TheDiaryOfACEO Get your hands on exclusive Diary of a CEO products: https://thediary.com/collections/all?utm_source=youtube&utm_medium=organic&utm_campaign=experiment&utm_term=clipschannel #thediaryofaceo #doac

If You're A Man, You NEED To See This
2 jul 2026
A doctor who specialises in men's health says the number one thing destroying male bodies is not what most people think. It is not aging, it is not genetics, and it is not a lack of exercise. It is metabolic disease and insulin resistance, and it is driving virtually every condition he treats: low testosterone, erectile dysfunction, infertility, and even cancer. Dr. Alex Tatem, a urologist who has studied peptides for 12 years and runs a men's health clinic, begins with the fertility crisis. He holds up three vials representing sperm concentration in 1973, 2026, and 2045. The first is opaque with dense colour. The second is faintly tinted. The third is completely clear. Sperm counts are declining rapidly, and the leading modifiable cause is not microplastics or environmental toxins. It is metabolic disease. He shares the case of a patient whose sperm count increased 10 times over simply by addressing his metabolic health. Discover: • Why metabolic disease, not aging, is the number one destroyer of men's health • How one patient increased his sperm count 10 times by addressing metabolic health • The traumatic surgery that left a doctor crying in a hallway covered in blood • Why five years of 80-to-100-hour weeks caused his own testosterone to crash • How 40% of Olympic athletes may already be using banned substances • Why 30 million men in America have erectile dysfunction • The 13-minute surgical procedure that has a higher satisfaction rate than any pill 📺 Watch the full episode here - https://youtu.be/jt5hHb6kzYM ❤️ Subscribe to our main channel - www.youtube.com/TheDiaryOfACEO Get your hands on exclusive Diary of a CEO products: https://thediary.com/collections/all?utm_source=youtube&utm_medium=organic&utm_campaign=experiment&utm_term=clipschannel #thediaryofaceo #doac

Scientist Reveals 7 Supplements Every Man NEEDS
1 jul 2026
The world's leading creatine researcher takes seven supplements every single day. He has published 175 papers on human performance and nutrition. This is exactly what he takes, when he takes it, and the mistakes he sees most people making. Dr. Darren Candow starts with his daily stack. A probiotic twice a day, but with food, not on an empty stomach, which is how most people take it. Two forms of magnesium: threonate for cognition during the day and another form before bed for sleep. Two thousand international units of vitamin D. Four grams of omega-3 fatty acids, with one dose always taken immediately after exercise because that appears to be the best time for absorption. Creatine at ten grams per day. Protein through both powder and whole food sources. A multivitamin as a safety net. And occasional iron because he does not eat much red meat. He reveals the one supplement he is closely watching but has not started yet: NAD, a precursor for a key enzyme involved in metabolism that appears to decline with aging. He says the evidence is not yet strong enough for him to recommend it, but his eye is on it. Discover: • The exact seven supplements the world's leading creatine researcher takes daily • Why taking probiotics on an empty stomach is the wrong approach • The best time to take omega-3 fatty acids for maximum absorption • Why creatine takes weeks to notice for muscle but may work overnight for cognition • The warning against taking 20 to 30 grams of creatine daily long term • Why NAD is the supplement he is watching closely but has not started yet • The supplement that may protect against concussion if taken before head trauma 📺 Watch the full episode here - https://youtu.be/Jk7RAkFN4vk ❤️ Subscribe to our main channel - www.youtube.com/TheDiaryOfACEO Get your hands on exclusive Diary of a CEO products: https://thediary.com/collections/all?utm_source=youtube&utm_medium=organic&utm_campaign=experiment&utm_term=clipschannel #thediaryofaceo #doac

Billionaire WARNS: "The Truth Will Terrify You"
30 jun 2026
A billionaire who predicted both the dot-com crash and the 2007 housing collapse says the current level of wealth inequality in the United States is now comparable to Brazil and Mexico, and history shows what always happens next. Jeremy Grantham, co-founder of GMO and one of the most respected institutional investors in the world, walks through the pattern that has repeated across every civilization that reaches this point. He starts with a simple observation: the average ambulance response time in the UK was 12 and a half minutes. It is now an hour and a half. He says this is exactly what you would expect as a society begins to unravel. It frays at the edges first. People can't buy houses. They don't feel they can do as well as their parents. They are disgruntled and want to vote against whoever is in power, regardless of political party. Discover: • Why the US wealth inequality ratio now matches Brazil and Mexico • The historical pattern showing extreme inequality only resets through war, revolution, or collapse • Why ambulance wait times are the early warning sign of societal decline • How the period from 1935 to 1975 was the last time everyone got richer together • Why Jeremy says SpaceX will fail to deliver on its promises • The physics that makes living on Mars functionally impossible • Why he owns zero cryptocurrency and believes Bitcoin will reach zero • His advice to a 33-year-old: get into AI, take risks, ignore the rules 📺 Watch the full episode here - https://youtu.be/32u5T6lO8qk ❤️ Subscribe to our main channel - www.youtube.com/TheDiaryOfACEO Get your hands on exclusive Diary of a CEO products: https://thediary.com/collections/all?utm_source=youtube&utm_medium=organic&utm_campaign=experiment&utm_term=clipschannel #thediaryofaceo #doac

The REAL Reason 1 Exercise Adds 10 Years To Your Life
29 jun 2026
When was the last time you sprinted? If you can't remember, you are losing 10% of your VO2 max capacity every decade, which is the single best predictor of how long you will live. Dr. Stephanie Estima, a women's health expert with 20 years of clinical practice, says sprinting is the one exercise that everybody, regardless of age or gender, should never stop doing. She walks through the data. A study took women with an average age of 58 and put them on a sprinting protocol. In just 8 weeks, they increased their VO2 max by 10%. When researchers compared their results to 18-to-30-year-olds doing the same protocol, the older group actually showed greater mitochondrial efficiency improvements: 69% versus 49% for the younger group. The older you are, the more upside you have. It is never too late. For people who can't sprint outdoors, she demonstrates the Norwegian 4x4: four minutes at 85 to 95% of your maximum heart rate on a bike, treadmill, or any cardio machine, followed by three minutes of rest, repeated four times. She says she hates it until the moment she starts, and then feels proud of herself every single time. The conversation moves to the exercises people stop doing as they age that lead to a downward spiral. Jumping is one. If you stop jumping, you lose the ability to jump. Your bone density drops. Your tendons and ligaments weaken. She shows how to start with simple isometric holds (rising onto your toes and holding) before progressing to small hops and then full plyometrics. Discover: • Why VO2 max declines 10% per decade and how to reverse it in 8 weeks • The Norwegian 4x4 sprinting protocol that increased VO2 max by 10% • Why 58-year-olds gained more mitochondrial efficiency than 18-year-olds • How deceleration is more predictive of going pro than speed or vertical jump • The X plank test that reveals hip stability, core strength, and balance issues • Why floor-sitting cultures have almost zero fall risk • The bodyweight exercises that prevent the downward spiral of aging 📺 Watch the full episode here - https://youtu.be/HwVn3WMv5oI ❤️ Subscribe to our main channel - www.youtube.com/TheDiaryOfACEO Get your hands on exclusive Diary of a CEO products: https://thediary.com/collections/all?utm_source=youtube&utm_medium=organic&utm_campaign=experiment&utm_term=clipschannel #thediaryofaceo #doac

If YOU Plan To Have Kids, You NEED To See This
27 jun 2026
Sperm counts are on track to hit zero by 2045. That means the median male will have no viable sperm in 19 years. Half of all men will be functionally infertile. Billionaire investor Jeremy Grantham, who has spent 27 years researching environmental toxicity, says this is the most underreported crisis in human history, and nobody wants to talk about it. Steven opens the conversation with his own story. He and his partner are trying to have a baby. It hasn't been straightforward. Friends of his have spent years struggling to conceive. He has started telling people his age to freeze eggs and sperm as a precaution. He is 33 years old and already past his peak fertility. Jeremy walks through the timeline. In hunter-gatherer days, men had roughly 180 million sperm per millilitre. By 1970, when academics first measured it, the count had dropped to about 100 million. Today, the average is 35 million. The threshold for conceiving without difficulty is roughly 45 million, which was crossed about 15 to 20 years ago. That is why 17% of young couples now need help getting pregnant, up from effectively zero a generation ago. At the current rate of decline, the median sperm count will reach zero by 2045. The causes are endocrine-disrupting chemicals embedded in everyday life. Phthalates in cosmetics, shampoos, and food packaging lower testosterone production in male fetuses during the first trimester, permanently stunting reproductive capacity before birth. BPAs in plastics and tin can linings flood the male body with synthetic estrogen signals. PFAs (forever chemicals) in nonstick pans, waterproof jackets, and stain-resistant carpets accumulate in human blood and directly reduce sperm volume. Microplastics have been found in 100% of human testicular tissue tested. And atrazine, the second most widely used herbicide in America, chemically castrated male frogs in a peer-reviewed study, turning 10% of them into fully functional females capable of laying eggs. Discover: • Why sperm counts are projected to hit zero by 2045 • How 17% of young couples now need help conceiving, up from nearly zero a generation ago • Why eating organic fruit nearly doubled successful live births in a Harvard study • How the US has banned only 12 chemicals in cosmetics while the EU has banned 1,500 • Why a fetus is 100 to 1,000 times more vulnerable to toxins than an adult • The herbicide that turned male frogs into egg-laying females • Why 45% of all US tap water is contaminated with forever chemicals • The two simple changes that could eliminate roughly half of all fertility damage 📺 Watch the full episode here - https://youtu.be/32u5T6lO8qk ❤️ Subscribe to our main channel - www.youtube.com/TheDiaryOfACEO Get your hands on exclusive Diary of a CEO products: https://thediary.com/collections/all?utm_source=youtube&utm_medium=organic&utm_campaign=experiment&utm_term=clipschannel #thediaryofaceo #doac

The SHOCKING Truth About Women Nobody Tells You
26 jun 2026
83% of women who should be prescribed hormone therapy are not getting it. A $14 cream that prevents urinary tract infections, improves bladder health, reduces pain, and can save elderly women's lives is being systematically under-prescribed because of a study that was catastrophically misinterpreted over 20 years ago. Dr. Rachel Rubin, one of only 80 doctors in the United States trained to treat both male and female sexual health, walks through the five stages of a woman's hormonal life and explains what is going wrong at nearly every stage. She starts with the menstrual cycle and how estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone fluctuate throughout. She explains that testosterone, a hormone most people associate with men, is critical for women's libido and begins declining in the 30s, a decade before most women or their doctors start paying attention. She then reveals the medical disaster that shaped an entire generation of women's healthcare. In the late 1990s, the Women's Health Initiative, a billion-dollar study funded by the NIH, was stopped early. At a press conference, researchers announced that hormone therapy caused cardiovascular disease and breast cancer. Overnight, a multi-billion dollar industry collapsed. Women were told to throw their hormones in the garbage. The problem: the study didn't actually say that. The same authors published a correction in 2025 confirming that below age 70, the type of hormone therapy studied showed no increased risk of cardiovascular disease or stroke. But by then, an entire generation of medical students had been trained without learning how to prescribe it. Only 17% of women who should be offered hormone therapy are currently receiving prescriptions. Discover: • Why only 17% of women who need hormone therapy are receiving prescriptions • The misinterpreted study that destroyed a billion-dollar industry overnight • How a $14 cream applied twice a week prevents UTIs by more than 50% • Why testosterone begins declining in women's 30s, not at menopause • The four types of hormone therapy every woman should know about • Why "pee after sex" is folklore with no scientific evidence behind it • How vaginal hormones are safe for every woman at every age, including cancer survivors 📺 Watch the full episode here - https://youtu.be/MM-Qhlxf1pM ❤️ Subscribe to our main channel - www.youtube.com/TheDiaryOfACEO Get your hands on exclusive Diary of a CEO products: https://thediary.com/collections/all?utm_source=youtube&utm_medium=organic&utm_campaign=experiment&utm_term=clipschannel #thediaryofaceo #doac

Billionaire WARNS: "A 70% Crash Has Already Started''
25 jun 2026
The man who predicted the dot-com crash and the 2007 housing collapse says this market is even more overpriced than both of those, and that Wall Street will never tell you. Jeremy Grantham, co-founder of GMO and one of the most respected institutional investors in the world, walks through the evidence, names the exact strategies to protect your money, and reveals why the financial industry has a structural incentive to keep you invested while the building burns. He starts with the number. The US stock market is currently trading at roughly 35 to 40 times earnings. The last time it reached this level was the tech bubble of 2000, which ended with the NASDAQ falling 82%. If You Think UFOs Aren't Real, You NEED To See This
24 jun 2026
A quantum physicist who worked for the NSA and CIA says the United States government has recovered dozens of crashed craft of non-human origin, and in some cases, the crashed craft contained the bodies of non-human beings. He is not the only one saying it. Multiple people with the highest security clearances in the US government have now gone on record confirming the same thing. Dr. Hal Puthoff, a quantum physicist and former CIA and NSA consultant, and filmmaker Dan Farah, who spent three and a half years producing a documentary on the subject in secret, walk through how the cover-up began, why it lasted 80 years, and why it is now unravelling. It started in 1947 with the Roswell crash. Multiple people in Farah's film go on the record stating it really happened: technology of non-human origin crashed, and non-human bodies were recovered. The government made the decision to keep it secret because the country was just coming out of World War II and could not handle news of a new, unknown, technologically superior presence. That secrecy was reinforced during the Cold War when it became clear Russia had also recovered non-human technology. Then the CIA held a meeting where officials decided to launch what Farah calls the most effective disinformation campaign in the history of the US government: creating the cultural stigma that anyone who takes UFOs seriously is crazy. If YOU Think You Have 5 Senses, You NEED To See This

A neuroscientist who has diagnosed mental illness, sectioned patients, and authorized forced medication says she has been communicating with her dead husband for four years. She is 100% sure it's real. Dr. Tara Swart, a neuroscientist, psychiatrist, and senior MIT lecturer, begins by revealing that humans have 34 senses, not 5. She conducted a literature review of multiple studies and found that beyond sight, smell, hearing, touch, and taste, humans have senses including proprioception, interoception, the sense of temperature, the pH of blood, and the balance of oxygen and carbon dioxide. The REAL Reason Doctors DON'T Prescribe Creatine
22 jun 2026
Most people take creatine for their muscles. What they don't know is that they're massively under-dosing for the organ that matters most: their brain. Dr. Darren Candow, who has published over 120 papers on creatine, walks through what happens when you increase the dose from the standard 5 grams to 10 grams or more, and the results are not what most people expect. He begins with the Stroop test, a cognitive challenge in which Steven has to name the colour of words rather than read them. Steven fails within seconds. In the landmark study, participants had to perform this test for 90 straight minutes. Those who took 20 grams of creatine beforehand showed statistically significant improvements in speed and accuracy compared to placebo. The brain was using creatine to maintain cognitive performance under stress in real time.
