Sobre este episodio
What is reality shifting? This trend took off among teenagers on both sides of the Atlantic during the first round of lockdowns last year. It found its home on TikTok, all starting out with the #ShiftingRealities hashtag, which went from 170 million views to over a billion in just a few months. Shifting implies moving one’s own consciousness to another alternative reality. It could be very similar to the so-called real world, with small differences, or completely fictional. It could be the world you’ve read about in a book, seen on TV or simply invented from scratch. What kind of scenarios are possible with reality shifting? So tell me, how does shifting reality work? And does it actually work?! In under 3 minutes, we answer your questions! To listen to the last episodes, you can click here: What is woofing? What are Yuccies? Who is Peng Shuai?
