Sobre este episodio
If you're not up to date with your vaccinations, it might just be time to schedule an appointment with your doctor! When it comes to the diseases we’re going to be talking about today, you could be forgiven for thinking they were a thing of the past, consigned to history. But believe it or not, some of them are making a comeback in the 21st century. Their resurgence can be partly explained by a false sense of security; basically we thought they were eradicated for good and let our guard down. As a result, vaccination rates fell, and preventive measures were relaxed. What kind of diseases are we talking about? Did those diseases never really disappear then? In under 3 minutes, we answer your questions! To listen to the last episodes, you can click here: How long do I have to wait to swim after eating? What are the world's least safe travel destinations?
