À propos de cette vidéo

What if the circumstance that you think limits your life is actually the doorway to your greatest freedom? In this powerful mother–daughter talk, Jennifer and Kennedy Swann share how choosing courage over fear transformed their experience of navigating Kennedy's life-threatening diagnosis. Together, they reveal a simple three-step playbook—Allow. Decide. Dare.—for living boldly, no matter what challenge you face. Jennifer Swann is a constitutional lawyer turned transformational life coach and digital course creator whose purpose has been shaped by raising a daughter who navigates Spinal Muscular Atrophy. Through her coaching, speaking, and proprietary FLOURISH Method, she empowers parents of children with special needs to move from exhaustion and overwhelm to peace, power, and possibility. Her message inspires others to live fully, love boldly, and see infinite potential regardless of circumstance. Kennedy Swann is a high school sophomore who loves to travel and perform in musical theater. Although she navigates a neuromuscular condition that has rendered her unable to move, she pays no attention to perceived physical limitations and has built a life she loves, right where she is. Her sense of humor, open heart, and unabashed love of life have garnered her an international following on social media. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
