Over two decades, he has moved between corporate leadership, entrepreneurship, and board roles — including founding a digital mobility business within Bosch and driving major global transformation programs. Florian is fascinated by the human side of change: why some ideas scale, why others fail, and what leadership really demands in times of disruption. With roots across Europe and a career shaped by technology and business, he brings a practical but deeply personal perspective on transformation, innovation, and the future of mobility.
