How to read books in Hinto

Hinto’s library has 1,405 books, all graded by CEFR level, and you read them inside the app — where, just like transcripts, every word is tappable.

Here’s how to use it:

  1. Find a book at your level. Only about 4.5% of real English books are truly beginner-friendly, so the level grading matters — it points you at books you can actually read.
  2. Read inside the app. See a word you don’t know, tap it, get the meaning in context, and keep reading — you never leave the page or lose your place.
  3. Save the words that recur, and let review bring them back.

This removes the single thing that makes most learners quit reading in English: the friction of every lookup breaking the flow. Stop, find a dictionary, type the word, lose the mood, close the book — never open it again. In Hinto it’s one tap.

Tip: read a notch below the level that intimidates you, and don’t stop for every word — only the ones a sentence truly needs. Finishing an easy book beats abandoning a hard one.
