She is the author of <a href= "https://www.hayhouse.com/a-fierce-heart" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><em>A Fierce Heart: Finding Strength, Courage and Wisdom in Any Moment</em></a> and her newest book<em>,</em> <a href="https://www.springwasham.com/the-spirit-of-harriet-tubman" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><em>The Spirit of Harriet Tubman: Awakening from the Underground</em></a><em>.</em> Spring is considered a pioneer in bringing mindfulness-based meditation practices to diverse communities.
