Dianna Fioravanti challenges that idea, arguing that possibility begins in the moment we stop waiting for confidence, permission, or perfect timing and choose to move anyway. Through a deeply personal story of childhood responsibility, hard decisions, and leadership, Dianna explores what it means to “flip the switch” in our own lives.
