Bu bölüm hakkında
<p>Kimberley and her guest psychotherapist Jennifer Cox explore why we get jealous, what jealousy is trying to tell us, and how to stop it damaging our relationships. They discuss where jealousy comes from, why it's a normal human emotion, when it becomes unhealthy, and practical ways to respond to it with curiosity rather than shame. Kimberley Wilson, a chartered psychologist, is on a mission to sift through all the information and misinformation that's out there around our mental health. She invites expert guests - trained psychologists, psychiatrists and psychotherapists - to share insight and valuable tips with the listeners. You can get in touch with the show.
