Moments that Multiplied | Raghunandan Saraf | TEDxGoodShepherdIntlSchool
Open in Hinto About this video
Raghunandan speaks with energy and insight about how ordinary choices can create extraordinary ripple effects. Drawing from powerful stories—from Gandhi’s defining moment on a railway platform to lessons from innovators, entrepreneurs, and changemakers—he explores how small decisions shape larger outcomes. Through his simple ABCD framework—Awareness, Big Picture, Compounding, and Discipline—he breaks down how meaningful impact begins. Reflecting on his own journey of starting a business from a small town, he shares lessons on clarity, courage, and community. His message is simple yet powerful: you do not need to change the world overnight; you simply need to make one intentional decision and begin your ripple today. Raghunandan Saraf is the Founder and Owner of Saraf Furniture, one of India’s leading direct-to-consumer solid wood furniture brands. Hailing from Sardarshahar, Rajasthan, he represents a family legacy deeply rooted in furniture manufacturing and exports. In 2009, he founded Insaraf.com with a clear vision: to bring handcrafted Sheesham wood furniture directly to Indian consumers by eliminating intermediaries. Under his leadership, the brand has evolved into a nationally recognised name, offering thousands of products through experience centres in major cities and a robust digital platform. Mr. Raghunandan is widely regarded for seamlessly blending traditional craftsmanship with modern, technology-driven retail.
