TEDx Talks Today” and “Tomorrow | Ana-Maria Papazova | TEDxNBU Open in Hinto

About this video

How much of today do we lose while waiting for tomorrow? Ana-Maria Papazova reflects on the pressure to follow a fixed plan and become a single, predetermined version of ourselves. Drawing on her own changing aspirations, she invites us to see life as a palette of possibilities, to remain open to change and to find meaning in the present instead of constantly postponing it for an imagined future. Ana-Maria Papazova is a second-year Journalism student at New Bulgarian University. A graduate of the Vasil Levski Sports School, she once believed that her future would remain entirely connected to rhythmic gymnastics. Over time, she discovered that life is not a single predetermined path but a palette of possibilities. She believes that identity is a constantly evolving story and tries to find meaning in the present rather than limiting herself to one permanent version of who she should become. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
